Home Protection Membership

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AER Electric ("Company") and the undersigned customer ("Member") for participation in the AER Electric Membership Plan.

1. PLAN SUMMARY

Membership Fee: $149 per year or $19 per month (12-month minimum commitment). Membership provides coverage for one residential property within AER Electric's service area.

2. MEMBER BENEFITS

Members receive the following benefits during their active membership period:

• Two (2) free service calls per month (no $100 diagnostic or trip fee).
• One free basic repair per visit: one (1) outlet/receptacle, one (1) light switch, or one (1) standard (non-GFCI/AFCI) breaker replacement per instance, including standard parts and labor.
• 20% discount on all other electrical services, including installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• One annual electrical safety inspection.
• One annual smoke detector and CO detector check with battery replacement.
• Priority scheduling for service calls and emergencies.

3. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

• Free repairs apply to basic devices only; GFCI, AFCI, smart, or specialty components are excluded.
• Additional outlets, switches, breakers, or devices repaired during the same visit will be billed at a 20% discount.
• Membership covers service and repair labor only; installations, rewiring, panel upgrades, and parts beyond standard devices are not fully covered.
• Annual inspection and smoke detector check must be scheduled by appointment.
• Memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new address within AER Electric's service area.

4. TERM & RENEWAL

Membership term is 12 months from the date of enrollment.

• Annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal date.
• Monthly memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment.
• Membership can be canceled at any time after the initial 12-month term.
• Transferable if you move within AER Electric's service area.
